Justine Hutchinson, of Wilder, walks Penny on the 1¼ mile multi-use path near Route 5 in Wilder yesterday. Hutchinson, whose home is in the background to the right, walks the corgi daily on the path, and in the summer, walks with her mother and her mother’s dog.
