Hartford firefighters remove a hose from the railroad tracks after they responded to a fire at an abandoned building on Connecticut River Road in White River Junction yesterday afternoon. Hartford Fire Department First Duty Officer Mike Whitcomb said the fire appeared to have been set by someone outside the structure. “This building has been abandoned for more than 20 years,” he said.Valley News — Sarah Priestap
