On their porch in Hartford yesterday afternoon, Evan Ellerson and his children, Mateo and Lucia, watch their pygmy goats Rocky and Patches gambol after being let out of their pen. Patches was rising to knock Rocky - head-butting being a favorite activity, said Ellerson, who had been cleaning out their pen.
