On Thursday afternoon at their home in Thetford, Donovan Cole and his mom Emily Lambert Cole watch the pig lie down that has been hanging around their yard since the morning. The pig had been running along the road dodging cars when it went into this yard. Lambert Cole set the pig up with some water gave it some grain, took it for a walk behind the house and has spent a good deal of her day looking out for the animal. She said laughing Ive already completely given up my day to this pig, I had stuff to do but I wanted to make sure she was ok. The town's animal control officer has been notified about the pig but no one had yet claimed her.
